The use and payment of all offered services is permitted – if and so far technically possible and reasonable – without specification of such data or under specification of anonymized data or an alias. Data storage
Your data such as name, address, booked yachts and related charter inquiries, emails, faxes, payment receipts, sailing licenses, crew lists and ID documents will be saved until further notice. The data processing takes place on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 Abs 3 TKG as well as Art 6 Abs 1 lit a (consent) and / or lit b (necessary to fulfill the contract) of the GDPR.
In the event of a contract being concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the tax retention period (7 years), even if it is revoked.
We have taken a maximum of measures to secure customer data, such as EV SSL encryption of all email and website communication, AES encryption of the data and the use of state-of-the-art hardware firewall and virus protection solutions.
However, we would like to point out that internet-based data transmission can have security gaps and complete protection against access by third parties is therefore impossible.
Cookies

Cosmos Yachting customer portal
In a password-protected and encrypted area of our site, we offer you the opportunity to view your contract data online and to conveniently send us documents and participant data electronically. In this case, the information provided by the user will be stored for the purpose of processing and forwarding to the contractual partner or charter company.

On the basis of the Federal Data Protection Act, you can contact us free of charge if you have any questions about the collection, processing or use of your personal data and their correction, blocking, deletion or revocation of your consent.
